Description:
The Cottage is a short walk to Ponsonby Road,
the trendy heart of Auckland and is a short bus
ride to Downtown and the Harbour. Baytree is a
charming 100-year-old cottage in a colonial
suburb, one of the first to be developed in
Auckland. It is famous for its cafes,
restaurants, clubs, art galleries and art shops
and its boutique fashion shops.
It has easy access from both motorways, all
motorway directions are given on our website.

This charming
cottage has been fully refurbished and its
persian carpets, polished wooden floors, and
colonial furniture give it an atmosphere of
grace. There is original art on the walls and
large, comfortable furniture. It has a full
kitchen and dining
room and lounge, TV and DVD player. There is one
queen bed and two single beds upstairs and
another queen bedroom available downstairs if
needed, so the cottage can sleep up to 6
people. Laundry facilities are available on
request. Local phone calls can be made free of
charge and there
is free wireless broadband in the cottage.
The Cottage is close to cafes which many people
enjoy or you can cook your own meals in the full
kitchen provided.
