Cherry Tree Cottage is an architecturally
designed, self-catering, stand-alone 1 bedroom
cottage. It is
located in the grounds of a charming 1920's character villa, only 5
minutes drive from Cathedral Square (city
centre). Alternatively you can stay in the King
bed studio located within the villa. The cottage
and villa are situated in the most beautiful
garden setting, with rhododendrons, hydrangeas,
roses, a bricked courtyard with garden
furniture, and an amazing cherry-tree in full
bloom mid-September each year. Top comfort and
top quality are our aim with all accommodation
furnished to the highest standard.
25 Locarno Street is located in the suburb of St
Martins/Opawa and is handy to buses (including
the Orbiter), shops, cafes and river walks.

Cherry Tree Cottage is a one
bedroom cottage with a rimu queen bedroom suite.
In the lounge there is a sofa bed, arm-chair,
dining suite for 4, TV and radio. The cottage
also has an ensuite and a kitchenette with sink,
microwave, and fridge-freezer. Outside there is
a private courtyard with table and chairs.
Studio within villa has it's own
private verandah entrance where you can sit and
relax. Inside it has a super king bed, single
bed, TV, ensuite, and kitchenette with seating
for two, a sink, microwave, and fridge.
