The operators of each property listed have provided the information as published, from time to time we expect changes to be made by operators to their accommodations that affect the information published. When making enquiries and bookings with your hosts please check that the details are correct, especially with regard to tariffs and cancellation policies. Some descriptive items may be open to interpretation such as 'beachfront' where the distance to the water may be unspecified, or 'luxury' - as deemed by the operator. If there is an aspect of the accommodation offered that is important to you then please check the specifics with the hosts. Walking is a pleasurable pastime in New Zealand and we have included a variety of walks for your enjoyment, they are described briefly and we urge you to visit the Visitor Information Centre or Department of Conservation Field Centre in the relevant region before embarking on your walk, the knowledgeable people in these organizations will assist you with, track conditions, fitness levels, track brochures and other information that will add to your experience.
