Description:

A charming fully self-contained cottage situated in a sunny, private and tranquil setting. Three minutes drive from  the Central Otago town of Alexandra and 10 minutes from historic Clyde and Lake Dunstan. One hour from Queenstown, Arrowtown and Wanaka.

Behind the cottage is some of Central Otago's unique countryside. Take a walk in the clear air passing schist bluffs and remains of gold workings or relax and enjoy the smell of wild thyme and sweet briar (Rosa eglanteria). The Clutha riverside walkway towards Alexandra or Clyde is also within walking distance of the cottage.

Along with the wonderful recreational activities Central Otago has to offer - including the very popular Rail Trail - are the excellent cafes and wineries.

Rooms & Facilities:

Eglantine Cottage is fully furnished, has a well equipped kitchen including microwave, range and fridge/freezer. The sunny living area is open plan with a TV, DVD, games and plenty of holiday reading. The cottage has three bedrooms - one double, one twin and one single - all supplied with cotton bed linen, towels, electric blankets and duvets. One bathroom with shower over shub and separate toilet. Laundry has an auto- washing machine, tub and ironing facilities. Off-street parking for vehicles also a car garage, BBQ and large private back lawn. Sorry no pets.
