Chalet is 120 metres away from the main house
of Jacaranda Cottage, ensuring peace and
privacy. It is the perfect choice for a
'getaway' break to recharge your batteries. Guests are, however, always welcome to
call in at the main house for a chat or to share
a cup of tea or coffee. Menfolk may like to
explore Rick's collection of vintage machinery
and other such 'treasures'; Lynlie enjoys
children 'helping' her with the quiet smallfarm
animals, and delights in taking guests on
evening glowworm expeditions.
Close to golf course, winery, restaurants, bush
tramping trails, glowworms, bird gardens,
thermal pools, heritage museum, arts and crafts,
and Katikati's Open Air Art. Handy for harbour
or ocean beaches, horse treks, kayaking,
fishing, and many other activities. Excellent
base for Bay of Plenty or Coromandel
sightseeing, or just relax in the peace of the
countryside.
