& Facilities:
"Everon Cottage" has
two main bedrooms, one of which includes a small
sunroom extension. There are other temporary
sleeping facilities that can be arranged
including sleeping bags with liners for younger
persons.
The central lounge
has a large, efficient woodburner stove capable
of heating the whole cottage interior in winter
months. Wood is provided. The kitchen is fully
equipped with electric facilities. A second
fridge and microwave can be located in the
adjoining garage.
The toilet
facilities are off the kitchen and lounge.
On the lower level
downstairs is a modernised bathroom with wet
area shower, as well as a large english style
porcelain bath. An adjoining room contains full
laundry facilities and handbasin.
Broadband is also
available at the cottage on demand.
One of the main
features of the cottage is a newly constructed
sundeck extending from the lounge and veranda,
which provides a delightful area for sunbathing,
taking in sea and sunset views, and eating
"alfresco" with the aid of a new barbecue as
required.
Another feature is
the enclosed courtyard at the rear of the
cottage which provides full sun in the mornings
and is well sheltered. This lovely courtyard has
a mediterranean feel.
