3km from Ngongotaha Village, Nicara Cottage is
very close to many of the main Rotorua
attractions, Agrodome, Zorb, Off Road New
Zealand, Ngongotaha Trout Hatchery, Rainbow
Springs, Rainbow Farm, Mitai Cultural and Hangi
Dinner Show, Skyline Restaurant and the Luge are
all very close indeed. Plus horse riding, golf
and walks in the Redwoods all at Hamurana are
only 4km away.
With its private jetty, beach and boat ramp it
is the location to escape the stresses of life.
There are 3 bedrooms - king, queen and a twin
room off the main bedroom. Bed linen/towels
provided.
Its fully equipped kitchen includes a
fridge/freezer, double oven, microwave,
dishwasher and hobs.
There are a wide range of kitchen utensils and
some basic provisions provided e.g. salt, pepper,
tea, coffee, sugar, herbs etc. There is a
starter pack provided for the first breakfast.
The Lounge/dining room is tastefully furnished
and has TV/DVD/CD/VCR players, games, books and
a wood burner (fuel provided). The lounge opens
up onto a large deck with panoramic lake views.
Beautiful grounds and a BBQ area are extra
features. Finally there is a laundry with
washing machine, dryer, iron and board (washing
powders provided).
