Description:

Flat Point Beach's REEF POINT LODGE

• "Crowsnest" cottage., "Lighthouse" and "Young Nicks' chalets, "Thalassa" house, (All self contained) and three "Upper Deck bedrooms" (with fridge, microwave and BBQ available) All units have woodburning fires and baths.

• Use of the Lodge's lounge, tables, Sky TV, BBQs and coastal native gardens. Broadband internet available in homestead lounge.

• Golf course, vineyard, private airstrip and magical walks.

• Swimming, Diving, Reef, Surfing, Sand, Good Boat Launching, Beach Walks, Sunsets, Sunrises or stroll and explore unlimited secluded coastline. Curl up and read a book while listening to the Pacific Ocean and watch the ships go by.

Flat Point has it's own small airfield. The following travelling times are approximate only.:
• 2 hours drive from Wellington or Palmerston North
• 1 hour drive to Martinborough, Masterton or Carterton
• 20 minute drive to Department of Conservation Honeycombe walk
• 5 minute walk to unlimited secluded coastline
•15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to a safe swimming beach and to the Golf Course
• 5 minute drive to good boat launching
• 5 Minute drive to Flat Point's own vineyard or a fifteen minute walk to their wine shop .

Rooms & Facilities:

Crowsnest cottage has three bedrooms two with Queen Beds and one with twin beds, two bathrooms, full kitchen, wood fireplace and a verandah overlooking the coast.

Young Nic's Chalet has a kitchenette, queen bed , a pull out single sofa and bathroom.

The Lighthouse chalet has a kitchenette , a queen bed and bathroom.
Both Chalets have wood fireplaces and decks overlooking the ocean.

Upper Deck has one queen, one  double, and a twin. Breakfast facilities, microwave, fridge and BBQ. One bathroom.

Thalassa at Flat Point Village has three double bedrooms, one twin and 2 bathrooms. Full kitchen.

All Linens etc supplied.
All units have baths
 

Additional Rates Information:

• Winter rates available from after Easter until Labour weekend
• Weekly rates available
•  20% surcharge for December 20th - January 7th
• 25% deposit on confirmation of booking
• Includes vehicle access to the beach and to good boat launching
