Prospect is a cosy, fully self-contained accommodation unit for 2 people with it`s own outdoor Spa Pool. It is located midway between the beach resorts of Riversdale and Castlepoint. The Homestay cabin is nestled in the gardens of a working farm, behind the farmhouse and is totally private. The Spa Pool has it`s own deck that overlooks paddocks and a small creek.

There's plenty to see and do in the area. Nearby Riversdale and Castlepoint offer Golf Courses, Tennis Courts, Swimming, Fishing, Surfing, Walking Diving and Boating.

Quiet and peaceful, Prospect is the perfect place to relax, listen to the Tui`s, unwind and enjoy a Spa by day or night under the stars!

Rooms & Facilities:

The cabin is open plan with kitchenette, queen size bed, shower and separate flush toilet. All bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price, as well as continental breakfast provisions, i.e. Toast Bread, Butter, Jams, Cereals, Milk, Tea, Coffee etc. The kitchenette facilities include a good selection of cooking utensils, pots, pans, china, small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, frypan, oven with two hotplates as well as a gas BBQ outside.

Golden Downs Cottage is a charming, rustic, cosy one bedroomed cottage located at Whareama, midway between Riversdale and Castlepoint Beaches.

The cottage can sleep up to 4 people and is fully furnished with all you need for a relaxing holiday or break, including 'Freeview TV', DVD Player and wood burning fire in the kitchen!

Relax in the peaceful and extremely private setting of one and a half acres of grounds overlooking farmland known as Golden Downs. Outdoor furniture, wood and gas BBQ provided. Locally you can charter a fishing boat, go canoeing or make use of the Whareama Boat Launch which is only 3 minutes drive away. During the summer months you have access to a swimming pool and tennis court (at the local school, easy walking distance away).

Golden Downs is an ideal base for families, surfers, fishermen and golfers!

Rooms & Facilities:

The cottage has one bedroom with queen bed and a double pull out sofa bed in the living area. A fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove, frypan, good selection of cooking utensils and china. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a separate toilet.
