Description:

The Roundhouse is a modern two-storey architecturally designed five bedroom home located on Aotea Terrace, Huntsbury, in the Cashmere Hills, seven minutes from central city. Easily sleeps eleven guests, with a relaxing spa and sauna attached to the master bedroom.

This extremely spacious house is ideal for large groups and family reunions. Features a bar between spacious living and dining areas. Sunny library loft plus study. Three toilets, two showers, two baths.

In the garden is a gas bbq next to the pool house with all year heated pool
and swim jets. Above the double garage is a rumpus/games room, extra space for the children to play and the house contains a cupboard full of toys, books, games and puzzles.
Other features include Sky TV, DVD, Wireless internet connection and heatpump.

The unique circular design provides sweeping views through large double glazed windows over the city and alps.
Located on the Cashmere Hills, the property is close to the gondola, bike trails and hill walks, such as the Rapaki Track.
15 minutes from Sumner Beach and waterfront activities including sailing, wind surfing and skiing.
Winter ski-fields only 2 hours drive; then hop into the hot spa at home at the end of a skiing day trip!
Only 25 minutes from the airport. 7 minutes from the Central City.

The lounge, dining room, and fifth bedroom are situated upstairs adjoining a spacious modern kitchen, kitchenette, bar, visitors' toilet. Double glazed windows, a heat pump and balconies allow all four seasons in Christchurch to be enjoyed in style and comfort.

Downstairs features four large bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 showers, 2 baths and
fully equipped laundry. Master bedroom has an ensuite, spa and sauna
attached.

The all weather indoor heated pool features jets that allows swimming on the spot.
Surrounding garden area and bba area is fully enclosed ensuring privacy and safety for children. The Round House has wheelchair access to the upper level only.

Double garage as well as on site parking provided. Rumpus/games room above the double garage.
