Corner Cottage is situated in a secure gated village within landscaped grounds in the centre of beautiful Bay of Plenty.

This brand new home is fully self contained and attracts all day sun. Fully carpeted throughout and tastefully furnished.

Enjoy a holiday, or maybe you need to have a pleasant place to stay while visiting the area or to see a friend in hospital.

Close by are surf beaches, thermal pools and mountains. Bay of Plenty is renowned for fishing and deep sea fishing charters and with it's mild Mediterranean climate is the centre for intensive fruit growing, including the major growing of Kiwifruit.

The Port of Tauranga is an important gateway for exports of fruit, timber, steel and dairy produce.

There is a local shopping area within walking distance and the Tauranga City Centre is just 15 minutes drive away. With a bus stop at the gate, local transport is convenient.
